Start
StopYour selected model is visible, the radio is calibrated and assigned, you made your changes in the scenery. The simulation would start with the Start command in this menu. In fact, normally the <F4>-key or a double-click onto the flying field is used to start the simulation. Fly or do your training lessons. The REFLEX restarts after a crash but you can cut that short by pressing the <Del>- key.
Gas powered aircraft should be started with a little trim input towards full throttle in order to prevent the motor from stopping (increased idle speed). Please disable a possible center trim function in your radio. Models supporting flaps will disable flaps at the center position of the related proportional channel. Extending the flaps means applying full input to this proportional channel.
Starting a helicopter is just as easy. Please keep in mind the adjustments made on the gyro sensibility and refer the Model parameters section for details on the correct sensibility settings.
With Radio display enabled, you may also start the simulation by clicking on the record button or stop the simulation by clicking on the stop button respectively.
You may stop the simulation my pressing Stop or the <Esc>-key. Alternatively you may double-click into the REFLEX window.
